Frank Thompson and Doug Jackson from Bayside Brewing Company gave a presentation about the Craft Beer Industry.  Bayside operates a brew pub in Erieau at the Tilten Hilton.  They brew four types of beer in 1,000 liter batches and provided them in both growlers and cans.  The pub features a wood fired oven and full menu.  In the summer their workforce expand from 12 to 60 employees.  Bayside products can now be found in the LCBO, grocery stores and some of the better dining and pub locations in Southwestern Ontario.
