Lia Karidas describes London event for Canada's 150

Lia Karidas described a full year of upcoming events to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday.  London will have a full 12 month calendar of events to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday.  The city is trying to rekindle the excitement of Expo 67 with events commemorating significant events and accomplishments of the country.  Events will include existing festivals but with a 150 focus, giving back to the community such as tree plantings,  important dates in our history such as a Vimy Ridge dinner and Flag Day.  In all there are currently 40+ events planned.
